The Vinegars of the Forge,
I make vinegars like a cook, which I was for a very long time.
Basic, organic and sourced vinegars (cider, white wine, red wine,
alcohol, rice, perry)
Selected spices, fresh herbs & flowers, fruits, seaweed
Breton, organic for the most part.
An aging of at least 9 months, often more, so that the different
ingredients go well together and harmonize.
A bottling "to order" to leave, as much as possible, the product
en masse.
I ship in boxes of 6 bottles that can be mixed + one on cardboard
of 5 boxes to minimize transport breakage.
Good tasting and good sale.
