O vinegar! Organic Culinary Hay (FR01)

A collaboration with a farmer, organic for a while, who produces (among other things) organic & local culinary hay (dep 61 Orne) so very close to my home, his neighbor, a farmer too but a beekeeper in addition & my cider vinegar producer 5 km from the vinegar lab (both organic). Part of the hay is left to infuse, therefore hot, the other in decoction, cold. AN alfalfa honey to stay in tune. Ingredients: apple cider vinegar, hay, alfalfa honey. For all preparation of dishes, salads, marinades, mainly poultry.
