Forest honey - 250 gr

We harvested this forest honey from an apiary in the forest of Orléans in June and July. Rare honey, of small production, it is recognized for its antiseptic and antibiotic properties, and rich in precious nutrients. Our bees have concocted a clever mix of bramble flowers, chestnut trees, lime blossom and honeydew. It is a typical honey with a very present flavor, long in the mouth, with balsamic notes and without bitterness. You will enjoy with cheeses or with your yogurts, or even in pastry, in your sauces and vinaigrettes, or as an accompaniment to dried fruits... A characterful honey with multiple facets!
