Buckwheat honey - 250 gr

Buckwheat, or buckwheat, is a crop that is coming back more and more in our regions. Our bees foraged it at the end of summer, to offer us a rare and sought-after honey for the complexity of its flavors. Creamy honey with complex flavors, with aromas of coffee, caramel, hazelnut and spices, and some hints of liquorice, all without bitterness, its smell of "wet straw" is powerful.
