The Doc continues his experiments in the service of taste. With Doc Mosaic, we continue our initiatory journey into the different emblematic varieties of IPAs, through single Hop beers which highlight a single hop to clearly identify all its facets. We continue with Mosaic, a hop that takes its name from the exceptional richness of fruity aromas it offers. But as with its big sister Doc Citra, we didn't want to stop there, we worked it like mad scientists, using Dynaboost, a liquid paste prepared by Yakima which constitutes the very essence of this much coveted hop.
