If we have a LOWLAND OUTDOOR® Companion NC 1, we also have an NC 2! The difference is in the length: this sleeping bag is just 20 cm longer at 220 cm. The Companion NC 2 stays cozy even in freezing temperatures! It is filled with 90% duck down more than the Lowland Outdoor Companion Summer and has a draft trunk and drawstring. Ideal for a hike with a chance of night frost! Like all blanket models, you can of course also use it as a duvet. NC stands for nylon/cotton. A YKK CNF-5 2-way zipper ensures that you can zip two sleeping bags snugly together; but if it does get too hot, you can unzip the sleeping bag at your feet and you get extra ventilation. The YKK zipper has an anti-snag slider. This prevents the risk of dust between the zipper. This is the most common problem, a zipper that gets stuck and won't open. This happens because there is a piece of fabric in between and it often takes quite a bit of effort and strength to loosen it. Until today, because with this anti snag slider your zipper is fully protected.
