Pomegranate Extract (250 ml)

Our pomegranate 100% extract is made from 100% pomegranate juice and is matured in our barrel for 6-18 months before bottling. To produce the extract, pomegranates are carefully removed by hand. The pulp incl. the seeds are pressed into a sweet and sour juice. This is then stored for 6-18 months in a ventilated wooden barrel. The result is a wonderfully fruity pomegranate extract that is internationally popular among connoisseurs. Recommended for high-quality salads and meat dishes.
