ORGANIC MADDAM BEER Northern 75cl

A beer made with a maceration of hop flowers at low temperature to allow better extraction of aromas. A very refreshing IPA with floral, exotic notes. A bitterness that we wanted reasonable for this IPA. Its name is the old designation of the North cardinal point. We often refer to Chablis as being the northern part of Burgundy.
