MADDAM ORGANIC BEER Vintage 2023, Blonde de Garde, Chablis barrels 75cl

This exceptional, subtle and warm beer is part of the brewery's Cuvées Spéciales series. They are produced by the master brewers of the Brasserie de Chablis in Burgundy and then aged in oak barrels. This technique allows it to have round and vinous notes. A light and fine mousse. The dress is golden with orange highlights. On the nose, exotic fruits, white flowers and fine wood. On the palate, lovely smoothness and sweetness with notes of cereals and toast, a very nice length.
