100gr The Gourmet & Chic Carpaccio is made with selected truffles from the Soria area, where wild and cultivated mushrooms and truffles are grown. They are whole summer truffles, selected and filleted and immersed in their Empeltre extra virgin olive oil, from Aragón, Spain. Product description The carpaccio is ready for consumption when opened from its glass jar. Pairing: Put the truffle fillets on pasta dishes, rice, pizzas, fish, toast, . . . the dish is enhanced by flavoring it with a little truffle oil before serving at the table. Another option is to flavor the dish with the sauce and decorate it with the Carpaccio. Additional Information Store in a cool and dry place.
