Red Wine Côtes-du-Rhône Organic 2020 "VALENTINE"

Grenache Syrah Mourvèdre made with Valentine on the label. In 2017, Valentine joined this family estate which mainly produces AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines. The wines that were made here were “solar”, very powerful with alcohol titrations that flourished with 16.5%. Valentine started harvesting a little earlier, analyzed the soils, tried new grapes. What she was looking for above all was to be able to offer more freshness and greed in her wines. Our Wine is the perfect illustration of this.
