Description: Bucatini di Gragnano PGI, bronze-drawn and slowly dried, with the characteristic central "cane" that holds rich sauces and condiments. Ideal for classic Italian preparations or gourmet recipes. Serving suggestion: Perfect with traditional sauces like amatriciana or with vegetable and fish-based condiments. Packaging: 1 500g pack 🍽️ Recommended recipe: Bucatini all'Amatriciana Ingredients (serves 4): - 400g Bucatini di Gragnano - 150g Guanciale - 400g Peeled Tomatoes - 50g Grated Pecorino Romano - 1 small chili pepper - Extra virgin olive oil to tasteb. -Salt q.b. Preparation: 1. Brown the diced bacon with a drizzle of oil and chili pepper. ­ br />2. Add the peeled tomatoes and cook the sauce for 15-20 minutes. ­ ③ Cook the bucatini in plenty of salted water and drain when al dente. ­ br />4. Toss the pasta with the sauce and garnish with grated pecorino cheese. ­ br />5. Serve immediately.
