100% pasteurized semi-hard cheese, made with cow's milk with a maturation period of at least 30 days. Throughout the centuries, this traditional cheese has managed to maintain its two distinctive characteristics that give it its particular flavor and aroma: Milk of cow, of the Rubia Gallega, Pardo-Alpina and Frisona races, and the SMOKING phase, in which the wood of a typical tree of the area is used: BIRCH.It is an ideal cheese to melt, it accompanies very well all kinds of meat and fish, baked or as a sauce. Its consumption is also recommended in hamburgers or chopped in a salad.
