Queixeiros da Chaira S.L is the company that brings together the cheese masters of the San Simón da Costa Denomination of Origin for the export of their traditional and artisan products, under the MAGUS brand.
Our cheese factories are located in Galicia (Spain) and are distributed in various municipalities in the province of Lugo. We are producers, among others, of San Simón da Costa PDO cheese, the oldest cow cheese in Spain and probably in Europe, and also the most awarded in national and international tastings and awards in its category.
Having all the San Simón da Costa cheese masters in our company allows us to produce and select the best cheeses to offer to our international clients.
The national and international awards overwhelm us, we have been considered the best cheese from this region between 2017 and 2018 and we have won the silver medal at the word cheese awards in the 2018/2019 edition.
