Cider PHENIX

Phénix, the ancestral cuvée, is a cider at 4.8% vol. of alcohol in natural effervescence, made from the last harvest (late varieties until mid-December) This dry and tense cuvée has very rich aromatic qualities which combine aromas of biscuit, toast, wood and even some smoky notes brought by the aging was unusual in today's ciders. The palate is well balanced and the finish is more tart and very slightly astringent. A fine effervescence is obtained naturally during its fermentation in the bottle. The PHÉNIX cider will seduce you as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to red meat or a cold or hot cheese platter (raclette). The MAGNUM is sold individually in an individual case.
