This vinegar is the result of a dry fermented cider, that is to say that all the sugars naturally present in the cider have been transformed into alcohol. In contact with the air, an acetic sting is created and transforms the cider into cider vinegar. The vinegar is bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized. Ideal in the accompaniment of your raw vegetables or in deglazing your meats or for a purely beneficial use.
