BLACK LEMON jar format

A MAISON DEHESA creation: Our black lemon is produced using certified ecological agriculture. Inspired by the black lemon from Iran, our lemon offers the balsamic acidity of our old P.X vinegar in the top note, and the bitterness of citrus fruit in the finish. This wide and singular aromatic spectrum is made possible by a unique fermentation process presenting the lemon in slices and in two parts: the dried skin for the bitterness and the fermented inner flesh for the acid.
