This product comes from the partnership with the Malnou family which has been based since 1872 in the village of Poey de Lescar, on the outskirts of Pau (64).  The 7th generation continues the family tradition of drying and traditional smoking of Gorria peppers.  The peppers are grown on site according to organic farming specifications. “The smoked pepper helps prolong the flavor of our Foie Gras with a subtle finish with spicy and toasted notes”
