Duck rillettes with Espelette pepper – 90g

Our Basque-Landes rillette Duck meat slowly preserved over low heat in its fat to keep everything soft, delicately shredded by stirring gently in the pot to preserve the length of the meat fibers, and spiced up with the famous Espelette pepper to make the recipe even more flavorful.  Made “Basque style” by incorporating piquillos, these rillettes will be the ideal companion for your spicy aperitifs!
