100% pistachio paste - toasted ORGANIC - 100g

Pistachio paste is 100% natural, without coloring, preservatives or added sugar. Pistachios are selected for their beautiful green color.   They are then lightly roasted to intensify their aroma before being ground with a millstone until a puree consistency is obtained.   This product is used in pastries in creams and mousses or to flavor ice creams, madeleines, financiers and other culinary preparations.
