Organic strawberry jam 180gr

Strawberry tree artisan jam, the fruits are grown on the farm and certified organic, harvested in December and immediately processed with a low percentage of organic cane sugar. With a sweet and sour taste, it successfully accompanies both aged and fresh hard cheeses, particularly suitable for blue cheeses. In our company there is not a real orchard but some fruit trees, cherry, orange, arbutus, pear and apple trees certified organic like the whole company, with which we make jams and marmalades depending on the year and the load of fruits. Fruiting occurs naturally we do not force the plants with fertilizers and chemicals, for this reason we can have more generous years than others, our products may not always be available, but this method guarantees an absolutely natural product, each jar of our jams and jams contains 70% fruit and 30% organic cane sugar, without colourants, thickeners and color enhancers.
