Cedrat marmalade

The citron is a typical citrus fruit from Calabria, in fact there is a town called Santa Maria del Cedro, which is the point of reference for the production of citron in Italy. Citrus fruits and citrus in general are typical of southern Italy. Our jams are made with local citrus fruits to guarantee a unique taste. Use for breakfast or for a sweet break, excellent for creating desserts.
