
My Bergamot & Lemon marmalade is made from citrus fruits from my plantation. It combines bergamot, Tahitian lime, yuzu and Meyer lemon. HAS Like English marmalade, the Bergamot & Lemon blend is a concentrate of flavors and textures: bergamot brings its florality and sweet bitterness and Tahitian lime its liveliness and fruity notes. Yuzu and Meyer lemon, on the other hand, have rounder and sweeter flavors. For the record, the origin of bergamot is uncertain: a cross between a bitter orange and a lime for some, a hybrid of a lemon tree for others; it presents a great aromatic diversity and a very powerful perfume of which the zest preserves the quintessence. To discover on a slice of bread, fromage blanc, scones or to accompany a cheese platter. You can also combine it with your savory dishes as a condiment for a little sweet and savory touch.
