Fig and citrus zest jam

My fig jam is made with purple figs from Provence harvested in the Var and the citrus fruits come from my plantation. The fruits are candied and cooked in a cauldron. Citrus zest adds freshness to this delicious autumn fruit. To discover on bread, brioche, a scone, fromage blanc… But also with your white meats, terrines and cheese platters.
