My wekiwa tangelo marmalade is made from citrus fruits from my plantation. For the record, the wekiwa tangelo comes from a cross between a mandarin orange (tangerine) and a pomelo (hybrid of orange and grapefruit). Its pink flesh is very juicy and sweet, it has neither bitterness nor acidity. This marmalade is a real concentrate of deliciousness, beautiful candied and melting tangelo peels with marked notes of grapefruit, with little bitterness. It goes wonderfully with cottage cheese or fromage blanc, but also with a slice of fresh bread or a scone. You can also accompany it with a cheese platter or combine it with your savory dishes as a condiment for a little sweet and salty touch.
