Buddha's Hand Pickles

Buddha's hand is part of the citron family, it is made only of flesh, without pulp or seeds. Its taste is very fragrant, floral and sweet, it is a citrus fruit full of freshness. Our Buddha's hand pickles are the perfect condiment to use in all forms: in a salad, with raw vegetables, to accompany white meat, grilled fish, ceviche...
