
While the pulp of the kalamansi has a very marked acidity, its skin is relatively sweeter with a taste reminiscent of pomelo and kumquat. Kalamansi liqueur therefore offers sweeter, orange notes of mandarin, clementine, kumquat and grapefruit. HAS Enjoy it chilled as an aperitif, with dessert or in a cocktail with a base of Prosecco or Champagne. Also incredible in the kitchen to accompany a rum baba, a tiramisu or to top a lemon sorbet... Our liqueur has been made with freshly picked citrus fruits in order to preserve all the aromas and the subtlety of their peel. These are left to macerate in 96% pure fruit alcohol so that they can release all their flavors and essences. Each liqueur is unique, each citrus fruit bringing a different aromatic complexity.
