Acorn-fed loin 50/75% Iberico

Our Iberian Loin 75 - 50% Acorn Marcelino, is made following a completely handmade process. We use the whole lumbar piece of our Iberian pigs, marinated with La Vera paprika, Zamorano garlic, spices and sea salt following the traditional recipe of our mother, Cleo, the same one that has been used in the family throughout our lives, thus achieving authentic flavors and aromas difficult to imitate. Filled in casing and cured for five months in natural cellars, it surprises with its powerful aroma and intense flavor that will transport you to bygone times if you were lucky enough to participate in a traditional slaughter.
