Filleted marinated bacon

Our bacon is obtained from the belly area of our Iberian pigs, it is made up of the skin and the layers that are attached to the skin, it is prepared by seasoning the piece with paprika from the vera, salt and oregano so that it is absorbed by fat for several days in our natural caves, obtaining an optimal flavor. Delicious if you cook it in your homemade stews or grilled.
