Our pigs, always raised in freedom, are fed during their first year of life and before the montanera with wheat and barley feed from our own production and from nearby farmers. We are in charge of grinding the cereal in the mill that is located on the farm itself with the sole purpose of guaranteeing a 100% natural diet. The time of the montanera has arrived, in which the fruit of the holm oak is ripe, our pigs only feed on acorns, herbs, mushrooms, truffles and everything else palatable that they find in the pasture.
