Red Equinox

Equinox Rouge Mas Zenitude is a still red wine, made with indigenous yeasts without added or minimal sulphites, of good intensity and structure, aged without the use of wood. Grapes vinified separately in concrete vats with 10 to 12 days of maceration with the skins. Pressed, mixed and returned to stainless steel vats for 22 months. Bottled in June. Balanced, we like the ripe plums, luscious red fruits and its medium tannic structure. 50% Merlot • 50% Carignan 14% alc.
