Welcome to Mas Zenitude.
We produce several Ecocert-certified organic and natural wines: Solstice, Zizanie, Roze, Equinox, Audace, and Vent D'Anges. We pride ourselves on our low-intervention style of winemaking and are part of the Vinnatur movement which introduces a new generation of enthusiasts to the age-old tradition of natural wines.
We specialize in unfiltered or refined artisanal wines, fermented with indigenous yeasts. The result is deliciously vibrant, aromatic and distinctive wines that fill the gaps in modern automated wine production techniques.
The philosophy that guides the making of Mas Zenitude wines is simple: "Use the natural energies that create and sustain life." We treat the soil as a living organism, one that we nurture, pamper and support in supreme harmony with organic and biodynamic winemaking practices.
We do not use any pesticides or artificial fertilizers.
Our grapes are hand-picked, sent to fermentation tanks by gravity and pressed according to traditional methods.
No additives or SO2 (sulphur dioxide) are used.
Our passion? Sharing our love of natural wines and exploring with visitors the traditional biological and biodynamic processes that led to the revival of the Vinnatur movement.
