This shows the new dystopia of Sophie Marlene Frohnauer. prolog 2031: An unknown disease breaks out in South Africa. At first it shows typical symptoms of a conventional flu, but after a few months the sick suffocate in agony. Within two years all of Africa, Asia, Australia and the outer parts of Europe were infected. 2035: Asia, Australia and Africa are uninhabitable. Seventy percent of the people have died. The survivors flee to Europe. America closes most of the borders. Crossing is only permitted in a few cases. Europe is bursting at the seams. Huge skyscrapers are being built. People live in a confined space. People's everyday life is strictly regulated. Precise food and drink allocation is introduced. Nobody gets more than is absolutely necessary. Reproduction is prohibited. After all, there is hardly enough space even now. Schools are being abolished. The young people only learn what is necessary for their new job. A group of people hardly notice any of this: members of the government and their families. They all live in high luxury in a village on the border of Germany. You are the only one who can marry and have children. After all, they have to reproduce so that their children can eventually take their place. Everyone must listen to their orders. Only the so-called rebels managed to escape from it all. You live in a large forest. The journey there is life-threatening due to the strictly guarded border. Once you get there, you shouldn't return. Just as important for us: • The production of our books is particularly resource-efficient. The book cover is made of grass paper (up to 50% grass fiber content, fresh fiber content from FSC-certified forests). The pages are made entirely of 100% compostable sweetgrass paper, which is made from rice and sugar cane. • In addition, our production is pollutant-reduced and vegan. We always pay attention to ecological and sustainable production. • We do not use industrial adhesives such as PUR. • Our printing inks are free from mineral oil and consist of purely vegetable, renewable raw materials.
