The idea for smamblybite came from childhood memories of grandma's crumb cake - especially the crunchy crumbles on top.
We wanted to bring that feeling back, but in a contemporary way: low in sugar, made from spelt, and with authentic confectionery craftsmanship.
This is how our Streuselhappen were created – small streusel snacks that combine enjoyment and mindfulness.
Warm from the microwave, they smell like they were freshly baked and give you a moment of home – without any guilty conscience.
