INDIGO CUSHIONS Cushion covers in indigo and two-sided ecru cotton. The cotton has been tinted with natural pigments in a leaf bath of indigo then knot to obtain patterns. It is an ancestral method of knotting very widespread in Africa, but better known in the West by the term "shibori" (technical traditional Japanese) or tie & dye in pop culture. The cover is sold alone without insert. Dimensions: 45 x 45cm
