Skovmjød / Forrest Mead - 350ml

Our exiting forest mead contains everything great from the Danish forests. This mead is not as honey sweet as the rest of the meads, yet still has a lot of sweetness from the mixture of berries. Berries such as blackberries, forest strawberries and black currant also gives a nice acidic base for the mead, with goes great with the honey sweetness. Lastly, we chose to age this mead with oak chips, with gives it a nice thick base, without being as overwhelming as a really dry port. All in all a fantastic mead which we are very proud of. We only use Danish honey and locally sourced ingredients
