Vine Peach & Sage

As a delicacy on an ice cream, a crepe or as a coulis on a charlotte with yellow fruits, it will also charm your taste buds in a cocktail or lengthened with a fresh sparkling wine. Our peach and sage liqueur finds its delicacy in its realization. The vine peaches, harvested then prepared by hand, are macerated in organic wheat brandy for several weeks. We then added fresh sage from the orchard to this maceration to infuse the recipe with its subtle flavor. Once pressed and filtered, we added cane sugar to the recipe to sweeten it even more. This liqueur with an authentic fruit taste is enhanced by the infusion of sage, which gives it a fresh side. 12.35% vol. 50cl transparent glass bottle. Bottling and labeling are done manually.
