This brandy can be consumed plain or diluted in water. It will also bring freshness and finesse to your desserts or cooked dishes. This brandy is obtained by macerating green anise seeds from organic farming in organic wheat brandy. Distillation in our Holstein still allows us to obtain a fine brandy with refreshing notes. Once distilled, the alcohol is aged (minimum 1 to 3 months). 45% vol. Clear glass bottles of 50cl and 20cl. Bottling and labeling are done manually.
