marc brandy (wine)

Our marc brandy is obtained by distillation of our certified grape marc from organic farming. It is produced in Ariège in an artisanal way, distilled over a wood fire, by Alain Servat, an artisan distiller for four generations. This marc is aged for 3 years in small 57l barrels, it is elegant with caramelized notes. Marc is enjoyed at the end of the evening, in good company, for your greatest pleasure!
