HOLLOW NOSE Red wine – 14% vol. –2022 PROTECTED GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATION, ARIÈGE Grape variety: MERLOT – TANNAT AGED FOR TWELVE MONTHS IN 500l OAK BARRELS Burlat cherry red color.   Aromas of sloes, blackberry jam.   Black and Sichuan pepper.   Cocoa tip.   Full-bodied, vigorous wine.   It is ample, generous and delicious, it is a ready-to-drink wine with good aging potential.    All our grapes are harvested by hand, vinification without animal inputs (egg white, gelatin, etc.).)and the wines contain little sulphites.
