MAKE NOISE Red wine – 13.5% vol. -2022 PROTECTED GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATION, ARIÈGE Grape variety: CABERNET SAUVIGNON – MERLOT AGED FOR ONE YEAR IN 2500 LITRE STORM Ruby color. Fresh red fruits (cherry, strawberry, redcurrant), woody hint of oak, blueberry. Woody mouth with noticeably present tannins. Finish with smoky notes of wood and blackberry. Quite short, but nicely balanced. Full-bodied, pleasant wine with substance and good balance. All our grapes are harvested by hand, vinification without animal inputs (egg white, gelatin, etc.).)and the wines contain little sulphites according to the Nature & Progrès specifications. conventional red wine: max. 150mg/l SO2 our red wines: max. 70 mg/l SO2
