GRAPE EAU-DE-VIE, BOURGOIN RAISIN, DOUBLE ZERO 70CL 38%

BOURGOIN RAISIN is a natural ugni blanc grape brandy intended for tableware. Its nectarine, nectarine and peach aromas are the result of the solubilization of the bedrock by the roots of the vine. Here no wood make-up, just the heart of the fruit. After pressing in whole bunch, the juice is vinified without adding sulphites, before being distilled in our Charentais copper stills. The reduction is made with local spring water to reach the optimal degree defined by Dmitri Mendeleïev: 38% vol.
