Faithful to the BOURGOIN COGNAC philosophy, this cognac is the exact reflection of the terroir from which it was born. This brandy is unassembled, unreduced and unfiltered. Each selected cask is bottled separately to the natural degree of the barrel, the provenance of the cru and the plot being meticulously traced. The subdrawing is done, by gravity, in quadrature of the moon to benefit from the mechanics of fluids. Bottling is done by hand, without any additives.
