Anis Combier is distilled from a 19th century recipe from the distillery's archives. In all, 9 ingredients make up this authentic anise, including the best green anise from Spain and fennel from Provence. After the ban on absinthe, this type of anise became very popular in France. To appreciate its flavors and aromas, it is lengthened by 5 times its volume with fresh, pure water.
