( Rediscover our beloved gentian in a new format of spirit drink distilled with gentian root, available in a 20cl bottle. Freshly harvested in the Forez mountains, in the immediate vicinity of the distillery, the gentian is then passed through our copper still. After two distillation passes, the spirit drink distilled with gentian root comes out with a subtle characteristic bitterness, which gentian lovers will recognize. A woody nose at the start, ending with a long taste of freshness and earthiness on the palate.
