The province of Jinotega in Nicaragua produces this tasty, mild and slightly acidic coffee. Cultivated between 1500 and 1900 meters above sea level, it has the Strictly High Grown appellation, as well as Organic certification. The climatic conditions at altitude as well as the absence of treatment allow it to develop a vast aromatic palette with a dominant gourmet flavor, with in particular notes of chocolate and caramel. It has a milder taste profile than most Central American coffees while retaining the essential characteristics of a good espresso.
