It develops aromas of wheat and blackberries by combining several varieties of Arabicas grown at altitude. Between 1000 and 1600 meters. The production is washed and then carefully sorted to keep only the best beans of this clever combination of Arabica Bourbon and its Mundo Nuevo and Caturra mutations typical of Latin America. This coffee benefits from the Organic certification and is freshly roasted in France in an artisanal way to draw from this exceptional grain.
