Il Chiuso 2020 - Cabernet Franc Doc - Bio

100% Cabernet Franc. A small lake at the base and three sides of wood delimit the Chiuso, a plot of only 1.3 hectares entirely dedicated to Cabernet Franc. Vinified in steel and in barrels large, the nose recalls hints of herbs and spices such as cloves, implying confit red fruits. In the mouth it amazes with its full taste and well-integrated tannins, bringing out a strong hint of licorice. Black pepper finish supported by a balsamic note, where the red fruit traces a clear and progressive taste line.
