Rubina Brut Rose' 2022 Bio

BARBERA 100%. Born in 2007, it is our prêt-à-porter pink bubble that combines freshness and vivacity, without too much tension. The marked freshness of Barbera in purity combines perfectly for a vinification in white. Selected and harvested by hand, after a soft pressing of the bunches, the Barbera macerates for about 12 hours on the skins. The second fermentation with the long Charmat method develops aromas of yeast which complement those of pink grapefruit and red fruit typical of the varietal.
