Tribute to the famous actress and soprano, Callas is the emblem of what this vine can express in its chosen territory. The grapes come from our oldest vineyards, over half a century old. Part of the mass ferments on the skins in terracotta amphorae for 6 months, the remainder in steel tanks with batonnage. Subsequent refinement in the bottle highlights the varietal tones of flowers and medicinal herbs, as well as ripe citrus. It perfectly expresses the calcareous soil, distinguishing itself for its lively savory vein and subtle mineral nuances.
